Shipping policy

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the logistics service "Nova Poshta" from Monday to Friday.

• The cost of delivery is calculated individually and paid by the customer separately.
• The processing time for orders is 1-2 days, for pre-orders – 7-10 business days.
• The delivery time for orders in Ukraine is 2-3 days.

International delivery is carried out by DHL Express from Monday to Friday.

• Delivery is possible to any country in the world, except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
• The delivery cost is calculated and paid when placing an order on the website according to the carrier's rates.
• The processing time for orders is 1-2 days, for pre-orders – 7-10 business days.
• Delivery time for international orders is 14-21 days.
  

Important! The cost of customs clearance is paid by the customer. Please take this into account when placing an order.
