Shipping and returns
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" logistics service from Monday to Friday.
- Fixed delivery cost is 200 ₴
- Free delivery for orders over 10,000₴
- Order processing time is 1-2 days, pre-orders – 7-10 business days.
- Delivery time for orders within Ukraine is 2-3 days.

International delivery is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" logistics service from Monday to Friday.
- Delivery is possible to any country in the world, except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
- Fixed delivery cost is 840₴
- Free delivery for orders over 10,000₴
- Order processing time is 1-2 days, pre-orders – 7-10 business days.
- Delivery time for international orders is 14-21 days.
Important! Customs clearance costs are paid by the client. Please consider this when placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order. To do this, you need to follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the item shows no signs of wear, no damage, no foreign odors, and has the tag attached.
2. Contact our manager to notify us about the return, and in case of an exchange, clarify the availability of the desired size.
3. Fill out the Exchange and Return Form that was sent with your order.
4. Send the properly packaged item via Nova Poshta service, along with the filled-out Exchange and Return Form.
5. In case of exchange/return at the customer's request, shipping is paid by the customer. In case of a defect in the item, shipping costs are covered by the brand.
6. After receiving the item, our managers inspect it for damage, wear, and the presence of the tag. If the item meets the requirements for exchange or return, the funds will be transferred to the bank details specified in the Exchange and Return Form.
Please note that according to the Law of Ukraine 3161-IV dated 01.12.2005 "On Protection of Consumer Rights", underwear is included in the list of goods of proper quality and is not subject to exchange or return, provided that they are not defective. Underwear and bodysuits are not subject to exchange and return.
